Constitution of committee

        As per the constitutional provisions  of  chapter -4 of the Constitution of Nepal   and rule 27 of  chapter 6 of the Federal Parliament’s Joint Sitting and Joint Committees (conduct of business) Rules, 2018, the sitting of the House of the Representatives held on 2075…./….. confirmed the names of the eleven members on the committee for  implementation of the directive principles, policies and obligation of the state. Furthermore, the sitting of the National Assembly held on 2075…../….. confirmed the names of three  members on the committee.

 

        Chairperson of committee

         As per  the provision of  rule 28 of the Federal Parliament's Joint Sitting and Joint Committee (conduct of business) ) Rules, 2018, that  the members of the committee  shall elect chairperson of the committee from among themselves, the meeting of the committee held on 2075/6/7 ( Sept 23,2018 ) elected honorable sri Nira Debi Jairu was unanimously the  chairperson  of the committee.
