Citizen Relations Section
The functions of this branch are summarized as follows:
- Providing information to citizens about parliamentary activities,
- Making necessary arrangements to broadcast the important meeting activities of the assembly directly through television and radio to the general public.
- Initiatives to include the subject of Parliament and Parliamentary System in school textbooks,
- Conducting awareness programs for citizens and making necessary arrangements for the same,
- Taking necessary initiatives to include parliamentary subjects in the curriculum of training programs conducted by various agencies of the government,
- Determining and presenting the policy arrangements regarding the entry pass of the people who come to the Parliament Library, the Parliament Museum, the Parliament meetings, etc. to get information about the parliamentary system and practice,
- To do the work of nodal officer,
- To do other public affairs related to the assembly and secretariat,
- Publicize meetings, conferences, seminars, etc. organized by the secretariat,
- In the long run, do the necessary work related to the operation of parliamentary radio and television through the ministry.
