The main task of this branch is to make a budget according to the authority and program received from the federal parliament and the secretariat, to spend according to the rules of receiving the funds, to keep records of the same, to conduct internal and final audit of the spent funds and to conduct the financial transactions in an orderly manner, including the unjustified deductions indicated by the audit.
