Human Resource Development Division

The functions of this section are enumerated as follows in brief:-

  • to frame policy on human resources and training development,
  • to carry out  the work of making plan and program for development of human resources required in the Secretariat,
  • to identify  the need related to  human resources and training  of the staff,
  • to make curriculum related to the training of  the staff of the Secretariat,
  • to update time to time  roster of the subject experts required for training,
  • to prepare program on training and  conduct  training,
  • to evaluate program on training achievement,
  • to find out national and international training programs and recommend on the basis of appropriateness,
  • to prepare report on training, seminar and interaction program,
  • to carry out work related to management audit of all the bodies within the Secretariat,
  •  to carry out  organization and management survey.
