1. The Government of Nepal has received a grant from the International Development Association under Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) towards the cost of Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Program (IPFMRP) to apply part of the funds tocover eligible payments under the Contract for NP-PAC-187650-NC-RFQ. Bidding is open to all national bidders.
2. Integrated Public Financial Management Reform Project invites sealed Quotation from eligible bidders for carrying out the Design and Development of Public Accounts Committee Management Information System (PACMIS).
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and also inspect the biddingdocuments at the address given below.
4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the Office at the address given below, against a written application during office hours 10:00 Hours to 17:00 Hours on all working days before the date of bid submissionupon payment of a non-refundable fee of NPR3,000.00 deposited at Everest Bank Limited, Baneshwor Branch, account no 00100106200000, revenue code 14229, office code 202003501for each set.Bidding Documents can also be viewed at our website parliament.gov.np but no downloaded document will be accepted.
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the bid opening date and must be accompanied by security of NPR50,000.00 or its equivalent in a convertible currency with validity period of at least 120 days from the bid opening date and shall be delivered to the address below on or before March 26, 2021 up to 12:00 noon. Bids will be opened on same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of the bidders and anyone who wish to attend.
6. If date specified for last date of bid purchase, bid receipt and opening being declared as a public holiday, the due date for submission and opening of bids will be the following working day at the appointed times.
